Can I pay in instalments?

All dresses/items* over €500 can be paid in full or over two payments – 50% deposit and 50% final payment**.
*Sample dresses are paid 100% full payment

How long before the wedding should I order my dress?

Please allow at least 16 weeks from order to delivery.

Shorter delivery times are available upon request.

We advise you allow a minimum of 6 – 9 weeks for any alterations needed to your dress from your chosen seamstress

Do you offer bespoke design services?
We do not offer an online bespoke service. However we offer a bespoke service in our Rhodes Design Studio, please get in touch if you would like to make an appointment – email:

What if I lose/gain weight?
We go to every effort to ensure your dress is the right fit. We will confirm your measurements before we go into production of your dress. However, it is also very easy to have the dress altered by a professional seamstress if you would like it to be a little more fitted.

Is the dress see-through at all?
Our dresses are designed to be worn with nude coloured underwear. However, if you would like extra layers adding to your dress then please email or open an online chat with our designer who will advise you and suggest the best options to consider.

What does this dress feel like to touch?
We use exclusive laces and silks, so they feel amazing!

How is my dress made?
Your dress is handmade at our Kula Tsurdiu Design studio on the island of Rhodes, Greece. We deliver all over the EU, and internationally by request.

Why buy my dress online?
Our collections are designed and handmade by our team in Rhodes, and then sold directly via our online store. This allows us to keep our costs as low as possible and allows us to be flexible in our timescales. We are proud to offer our exclusive collections internationally!

Our production team allocate the exclusive luxurious fabrics needed to make your gown.

Designed and made in our Greek Studio.

Your Kula Tsurdiu gown will be handmade in our Rhodes Design Studio by our experienced team of seamstresses.

Your Dress is complete.

Quality Control.

Your gown will undergo high grade in-house quality control to ensure that the fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard.

Packaged and ready to be dispatched…

It’s time for our team to pack your order at our studio, where it will then be dispatched via TNT/FEDEX. We deliver to brides throughout Europe! (International Brides outside of the EU – we’ll contact you to discuss courier fees and taxes).

Tracking your Wedding Dress…

You will receive tracking information from our team so you can track your precious package.

Shipping EU wide…

If you are located within the EU, your gown will be sent via TNT/FEDEX which takes between 3-4 business days to arrive.

International Shipping…

We offer worldwide delivery. All international orders are sent via TNT/FEDEX. We will confirm how long your package will take to arrive and costs.

Shipping Costs.

Shipping throughout the EU is a standard fee included in your order. Orders outside the EU, please contact us.

Currency, Duty and Taxes…

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend brides ordering from outside of the EU check with their import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
