Kula Tsurdiu provides full refunds on most items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply follow the steps below for all eligible* items:
Refer to the step-by-step instructions via confirmation email for detailed information on how to complete your exchange/return.
Complete & sign the enclosed Exchange & Returns Form and include it in your return package.
You will then receive an email confirming your return once we have received your package.
*Items not eligible for return will be noted as such (i.e. final sale) on the product page.
*Bridal gowns are ineligible for return or exchange as is noted on the product page.
*Please note bespoke, custom orders and made to measure orders are not eligible for refunds unless due to manufacturing fault or defect.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s)* and in the original form of payment:
• All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package via FEDEX/TNT. Returns received via postal or other courier services will be rejected.
• The merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached.
• The merchandise must not be altered.
* Full refunds denote item value only and exclude the delivery charge and customs duties and taxes.
All items returned to us should have the originally enclosed Exchange & Returns Form signed and included with the return parcel.
Once your return package is received at our showroom, an email advising that your refund is in process will be sent. Please note it may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card depending on your billing cycle.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns received via postal or other courier services may be rejected.
Please note that all sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within Greece. Outside the EU, customs duties and any other fees incurred during importation are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly.
Refused Shipments / Inability to Deliver
If an order is refused at delivery or FEDEX/TNT is unable to deliver, you will not be refunded shipping costs and you will be held accountable for any duties and taxes incurred for shipment both ways.
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing your order. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to placing your order.

Exchanged items will be final sale, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs & customs duties.
