Congratulations, you are beginning the exciting process of having a Kula Tsurdiu wedding gown! In order to fully understand the process, policies, and what you can expect from us, as well as what we expect from you, please read the following carefully.
Choosing your Design
Once you have chosen your dress, you will go through the order process as outlined on our online order form.
All dresses/items over €450 can be paid in full or over two payments – 50% deposit and 50% final payment.
Fittings / Alterations
As we are an online vendor, there are no fittings or alteration services available. All dresses will be made to the size in the original order and any alterations are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we have taken your order, we will begin making your dress to your order specification. We cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason such as you changed your mind, called off the wedding, etc. no refunds will be given.
We understand how important a wedding gown is to a bride, and we are committed to making sure that you have a wonderful experience and LOVE your dress! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the finished dress, we are committed to working with you to remedy the issue. We believe that with patience and clear communication on both sides we can work together until you are 100% satisfied with your wedding gown.
Returns & Exchanges
As your dress is made to your order specifications we are unable to offer refunds. However we can offer to exchange to another of our designs if notified via email within 7 days from your initial order.

Kula Tsurdiu Online may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 01/01/2020.
